On this exciting 8-hour trip we will take you to places you won’t forget.
We will start with a visit to the Ethnographic Park Los Telares, in the municipally of Hermigua. Discover in this special place a handicraft shop, a traditional ecological farm, a botanical garden and a gofio mill with an extensive collection of antiques.
Once we leave the Ethnographic Park, we will continue our way to the municipally of Agulo to visit the Visitor Center Juego de Bolas of the Garajonay National Park: in this visit we will find three exhibition rooms; one about the Canary Islands, another about La Gomera and the other about the laurel forest and the Garajonay National Park. We will also be able to walk through the botanical garden, which contains the best examples of the island’s endemic flora (Exclusive to the island), as well as theme gardens on medicinal and culinary plants and traditional crops.
We will resume our trip to the Mirador de Abrante: a place that offers spectacular views of the Agulo Valley and Mount Teide.
After this viewpoint, we will continue to the municipality of Vallehermoso, where we will take a walk through the old town and we will also see the Chorros de Epina. Get to know this mystical place and its legend: a place where love is related to the purity of the water that flows from its magical spring.
Our next stop will be in Arure to see the Mirador del Santo and later, we will recharge our batteries in a restaurant with a delicious homemade menu and also enjoy and exhibition of the “Silbo Canario” (an idiomatic whistled language characteristic of La Gomera and representative of the Canarian culture). This exhibition is optional.
After lunch, we will continue our trip to the Mirador del Palmarejo, a place that offers spectacular views of the Gran Rey Valley.
Then, we will make another stop at Laguna Grande for a walk through the laurel forest and finally we will go to two other viewpoints: Mirador de Los Roques and Mirador del Sombrero.
